Welcome to DigitalIs

I am writing my own welcome to this Digital Online space. I feel like we are truly in an era of overload. I am amazed by the seamless integration of participation here, but I wonder how often I will be able to join in the conversation. I love all the ideas that are going on through social media, twitter, facebook, Google+ and here. The conversation strands and ideas push my thinking. But how much can I offer? What is my role in this space?

The answer is, I don’t know. But I’m here. I took the time to make a new account and to add an avatar. I’m taking time to welcome myself to the blog. And I added a bookmark to the site.

We’ll see where this DigitalIs journey takes me. And us.
