In this 10-minute video, Daniel Anderson creates something which is part memory work, part meditation, part manifesto, and all about digital composing. I think that one of the powerful messages of the video is that the experience of digital composing, the way the maker works through the materials and sees possibilities in novel or even accidental juxtapositions of sound, image, and text, can provide a counterpoint to images of composing as the simple realization of plans, ideas, and structures laid out ahead in outlines and storyboards. Art happens.
