Teachers Tweet about Making
This screenshot is from Dale Dougherty’s twitter stream from April 22, 2011. Dale is the founder of Make Magazine and Maker Faire. At this year’s Maker Faire in the Bay Area, 500 teachers were given tickets to attend and Dale posted a series of responses he had received from teachers about why they were planning to attend Maker Faire. I love the way the responses reflect the learning teachers do at Maker Faire as well as the learning they will bring back to their students in the classroom.
