Do online interactive surveys provide opportunities for students to write and explore their interests?

The Web is full of a number of general surveys that take into account the interests of a person completing the survey. Students might take surveys online that match student interests with the right colleges. Other surveys might help students find a possible career based on their interested. Surveys even help students determine their learning styles. Some sites are free while others might require registration and payment. 

What kind metal best conducts heat? Which kinds of storage locations in the kitchen keep bread from molding? Do tomato plants grow best under sunlight, incandescent light, or fluorescent light?

The site has been reviewed and selected by the National Science Teachers Association as a suggested online resource for students, teachers, and families.
