Next Connected Learning webinar speaks to teachers and PD

In addition to K-12 Onine, the DI community has been enjoying the Connected Learning webinars in general, but I particularly wanted to note the next one coming up because of its focus on the work that the USC Annenberg Innovation Lab is doing with schools and teacher development. DI folks were following some of Henry Jenkins and Erin Reilly’s initial work at MIT with New Media Literacies and several were participants in the work to rethink more classic curriculum (such a Moby Dick) along NML lines. This webinar will give you a chance to see where some of that work has gone in collaboration with schools in Southern California. Tune in or watch the archive.
