Colette Marie Bennett is the English Department Chair at Wamogo High School (Region 6) in Northwest Connecticut. She has also served as the Social Studies Department Chair. She has an MA in English, a 6th Year Advanced Teaching, and over 21 years of experience in the classroom grades 6-12.She has presented how she uses technology in the classroom to improve reading and writing skills at the Computer Educators of CT (CECA) Conference, the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE), the Council on English Leadership (CEL), the Advanced Placement (AP) Conference, and the Literacy for All Conference.
